Dr Thomas Mathieu (https://thomasmathew.com) is a retired career bureaucrat from the 1983 batch of Indian Administrative Service. Passionate about writing, he has several publications to his credit, including four books – Seeking congruence: Indo-American relations under the Obama administration (edited and contributed to its main chapter), The winged wonders of Rashtrapati Bhavan and Remains under the dome. He regularly writes opinion pieces for major dailies.
